About Leadership Anchorage 
Leadership Anchorage (LA) is a premier leadership development program in Anchorage. LA participants from diverse backgrounds, sectors, ages, and experiences practice and strengthen essential 21st-century leadership competencies including facilitation, coaching, collaboration, and team-building. They develop an understanding of how they show up in the world and tap into their vision, mission, and purpose. Through this transformational program, participants learn how to become effective and compassionate leaders invested in the future of Alaska.
